· Application
All meetings are mandatory for new applicants, team leaders and junior
leaders!
Veteran Volunteers:
- For returning volunteers, first, third and last meetings are mandatory.
New Volunteers/ Team Leaders/Junior Leaders:
- Must attend all the meetings for training purposes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- There will be no make-up meetings. You are being provided the dates
of the meetings in ample time so that you can make the necessary planning
to be there. One absence from the scheduled meetings will void your
application.
We know that volunteers may be involved in extra-curricular activities,
sports, club or other social events; however, we need your full attention
and commitment for you to be effective. We cannot have volunteers who
will allow these other commitments to get in the way of VACC Camp, which
takes place only one week out of the year. We are asking you to commit
your time for 4 meetings prior to the week of camp and then for the week
of camp.
