2020 Camp has been cancelled

To all our campers their families and all volunteers.

At this time the CDC is suggesting that all voluntary gatherings and events be postponed or suspended for now due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Therefore, due to the latter, and taking into consideration the health of our campers, their families and all our volunteers, it has been decided that the Dr. Moises Simpser VACC Camp is cancelled for this year.

Being that the camp depends on volunteers, we have no other time of the year except summer to host camp. However, summer is extremely hot and intolerable for our campers, not making this an option for us.

This decision is heart breaking for us as we are sure it is for you, but it is necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of all those involved. 

 

A todos nuestros campers, sus familias y a todos los voluntarios.

En este momento, el CDC sugiere que todas las reuniones y eventos voluntarios se pospongan o suspendan por el momento debido al brote de coronavirus.

Por lo tanto, debido a lo anterior, y teniendo en cuenta la salud de nuestros campistas, sus familias y todos nuestros voluntarios, se ha decidido que el  Dr. Moisés Simpser VACC Camp se cancele por este año.

Como el campamento depende de voluntarios, no tenemos otra época del año, excepto el verano para organizar el campamento. Sin embargo, el verano es extremadamente caluroso e intolerable para nuestros campistas, lo que no lo convierte en una opción para nosotros.

Esta decisión es desgarradora para nosotros, y estamos seguros de que lo es para ustedes también, pero es necesaria para garantizar la salud y el bienestar de todos los involucrados.
